When our law firm was dealing with this case, it was a claim for personal injuries suffered by a minor child in a motor vehicle accident in 2016. Our client reported that the Road Accident Fund (RAF) was not offering her anything in settlement even though general damages and loss of earnings had been proven. Our firm challenged that unlawful action.
